An IVA Practice With A Difference…
At Your Debt Advisor Limited our primary focus is on helping people who are struggling with outstanding debts to find a solution that works for them over the long term, ensuring that they can look forward to a future without debts in a way that is realistic, achievable and most importantly, affordable.
With a customer centric approach, we offer help and advice that will enable you to make an informed decision on how best to proceed with managing your debts. And we don’t stop there. We will guide you throughout the process and will answer any questions or queries that you may have.
.
In an IVA all of your eligible debts are combined into a single monthly repayment based on how much you can afford to pay each month, rather than the amount that you owe. And don’t worry, you do not need to split the payment and pay all of your creditors separately, we will take care of this on your behalf.
Your monthly repayments typically continue for a period of 5 years after which time any debts that are still outstanding, are written off in full, leaving you with no obligation to make any further repayments.
As with any debt solution, it is important that you seek professional advice before committing – which is where we come in. For a free, no obligation discussion about your options please call us today on 0161 660 2510.
* We assess each customer individually based on their circumstances and payments to the IVA are based on what is realistic and affordable.
