Thank you for providing your details. Below you will find details of the debt solutions that you could be eligible for. To discuss your options with you we will call you at the first available opportunity during normal office hours. You are under no obligation to enter into a debt solution provided by us at any time.
An IVA could be right for you if you can repay at least £90 a month towards all of your debts combined.
With an IVA you make an agreement with your creditors to repay what you can over a set period of time, usually 5 years. After this time any remaining debt will be written off in full.
A DRO could be ideal for you if you have less than £75 a month remaining once all of your living expenses are paid.
In a DRO your debt repayments cease for a period of 12 months. If your financial position has not changed at the end of this period, all debts are written off in full.
If you cannot see a way of ever being able to repay your debts, bankruptcy could be the best solution for you.
There are serious implications with going bankrupt, for example, if you are a homeowner you may have to sell your home to help towards repaying your debts. We will discuss this option with you in more detail when we call you.
If you would just like more time to repay your debts in full, a DMP could be the right solution for you.
With a DMP you agree a reduced monthly repayment towards your debts until your debts are repaid in full. Whilst we cannot offer DMP advice, if we determine that this could be the right solution for you, we will pass you on to a suitable trusted DMP provider.
